Warranty & Return Policy

RETURNS

The customer has 15 days from the receipt of the order to request a return.

Due to the fact that some of our products are sanitary, pediatric, and intended for use by babies and maternal care, in no case will the return of items that have been opened and/or used be accepted for hygiene reasons, as these items do NOT go back on sale once returned.

The customer assumes the return shipping costs of the product, which must be sent to us by their means to the following address.

To make a return, follow these steps:

  1. Request a return to pedidos@starlitfield.com, informing of the intention to return an item and the reason. It is important to specify the order number, the name, and the product you wish to return.
  2. Prepare the items and send them to our facilities with the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a method with tracking.
  3. Once we receive the items and verify that they meet the requirements (new, undamaged from misuse, and unopened packaging), the refund will be processed within 5 business days from the receipt of the return at our warehouses.

Nota: the money will be refunded to the same account from which the purchase was made. Unfortunately, we do not have the option to return the money to another account.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

You can make a claim on those products that come with obvious factory defects by sending an email to pedidos@starlitfield.com within 3 days of receiving your package, specifying the order number and a photograph that proves the defect. In that case, we will take care of sending you a new product at no additional cost.

WARRANTY

Our products come with a general warranty of two years.

StarlitBaby® reserves the right to repair/replace any defective component under warranty. We are committed to replacing with a new item all products that suffer from any anomaly or manufacturing defect. No exchanges will be made for products that show signs of misuse, alteration, and/or deterioration by the customer.
The warranty of our products will only be applicable to their first owner/user. To this end, proof of purchase will be required.

  • Deficiencies caused by improper use will not be accepted as a reason for warranty: inadequate use or maintenance of the product, mistreatment or negligence, improper handling or alteration of the product without prior authorization from the brand. The product must always be used strictly following the manufacturer's instructions. Otherwise, the product could be damaged, losing its warranty.
  • The warranty does not cover general wear and tear of the products. Damage caused by external factors will not be taken into account: friction, sharp objects, chemicals, etc. Tears, breaks, and cuts (especially caused by the washing machine) will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  • The "ineffectiveness" of the product will not be accepted as a warranty reason in the case of the Oso Pillow. The StarlitBaby® Oso Pillow is a complement to the treatment of cranial deformities, and its degree of effectiveness is subject to various factors (genetic factors, the age of the baby, severity of the condition, cranial morphology, or time and manner of use) and in some cases may require complementary and/or alternative measures.
