If we confirm the defect, we will send a new product within 24-48 hours (depending on stock) at no additional cost.

All our products have 2 years warranty.
Warranty conditions:
✔ Cover: Manufacturing defects.
✖ Does not cover:
- Misuse or wear due to normal use.
- Damage caused by chemicals, sharp objects, or washing machines.
- Chafing, cuts or external damage.
⚠️ Note: The "no effectiveness" of the product NO it is a warranty reason.
