If something isn't as you expected, here are the steps to resolve it easily. ✨💌


📦 Claims for Undelivered Product

Has your order not arrived on time?

  1. Report the issue:

    ⏳ Within 15 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.

  2. Process:
    We will investigate with the carrier and keep you informed.

  3. Options if we confirm the loss:

    • Resend the product.
    • Request a full refund.

🚨 Important: Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted.


🛒 Order Errors

Did you receive an incorrect item?

  1. Write to us at:

    ⏳ Within 15 calendar days after receiving the order.

  2. What we will do:
    We will arrange the pickup of the incorrect product 🚚 and send the correct one at no extra cost.


🔄 . Returns (Right of withdrawal)

Changed your mind or the product isn't what you expected? 🛍️
You have 15 calendar days from receipt of the order to:


Important conditions

  • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used products, handled items or those showing signs of use.
  • The product must be unused, new, intact, in perfect condition, clean, free of residue, without marks, without odors, and as it was received.
  • It must retain all its original tags, properly attached and not removed.
  • The item must be sent in its original packaging, properly protected, sealed, undamaged and with all its components.

How to return a product

Very important

Inside the box, include a paper with:

  • Your full name
  • Your order number
  • The product you are returning

This allows us to identify your return when we receive it.

Notes

  • The shipping cost is borne by the customer.
  • Always use the original packaging and protect it adequately during transport.

What happens next?

🔍 Inspection

We will inspect the product to verify that it meets all return conditions.
The inspection process may take up to 5 business days (weekends and holidays are not counted).
We will notify you by email if the product is eligible or not eligible for a refund.

💳 Refund

If the product is eligible, the refund will be processed within up to 5 business days after inspection.


If the product is not eligible for a refund

  • No refund will be issued (you will be informed by email).
  • You will be able to collect the product, arranging pickup with the carrier of your choice.
  • You must send us by email the pickup number provided by your carrier to: hola@starlit-baby.com
  • The pickup must be arranged and paid for by the customer, at the same address and hours indicated above.

⚙️ Defective Products

Does your product have an obvious manufacturing defect?

  1. Report it to:

    ⏳ Within 15 calendar days after receiving the order.

  2. Include:
    📸 Photos of the defect.
    📋 Order number.

  3. Resolution:
    If we confirm the defect, we will send a new product within 24-48 hours (depending on stock) at no extra cost.


🛡 Warranty

All our products come with 2 years of warranty.

Warranty conditions:

Covers: Manufacturing defects.
Does not cover:

  • Misuse or wear from normal use.
  • Damage caused by chemicals, sharp objects or washing machines.
  • Abrasion, cuts or external damage.

⚠️ Note: The “ineffectiveness” of the product IS NOT a warranty reason.

Requirements:

  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Applies only to the first owner.
