    • For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used products. 🚫

🚚 Note:

  • The shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
  • Use the original packaging and make sure the product is well protected.

What happens next?

  1. Verification:
    We will check that the product is in good condition (without damage or signs of use).

  2. Refund:
    It will be completed within 5 business days.

  3. Product not eligible for refund:

  • You can keep the returned product.
  • PickupYou must organize and cover the cost of the pickup from the same address and time indicated above.

⚙️ Defective Products

Does your product have an obvious manufacturing defect?

  2. Includes:
    📸 Photos of the defect.
    📋 Order number.

  3. Resolution:
    If we confirm the defect, we will send a new product within 24-48 hours (depending on stock) at no additional cost.


🛡 Warranty

All our products have 2 years warranty.

Warranty conditions:

Cover: Manufacturing defects.
Does not cover:

  • Misuse or wear due to normal use.
  • Damage caused by chemicals, sharp objects, or washing machines.
  • Chafing, cuts or external damage.

⚠️ Note: The "no effectiveness" of the product NO it is a warranty reason.

Requirements:

  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Applies only to the first owner.
