🕒 Order preparation

Orders are normally prepared within 24 business hours.

Delivery times start when the order leaves our warehouse and are calculated in business days. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not business days.

The final rate will be the one shown at checkout, based on the delivery address, the order amount and the products included.

🛍️ Pre-order products

The times in the table do not apply to pre-order products.

Each pre-order product shows an estimated shipping date or time frame on its page. Please check this information before placing your order.

If your order contains both available and pre-order products, it may be shipped once all items are ready. If separate shipments are possible, we will let you know.

The date given for a pre-order is an estimate and may be affected by changes in production, product receipt or transport to our warehouse.

🇪🇸 Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla

The €40 rate includes:

• €20 for transport.
• €20 for customs clearance.

You will not have to pay anything extra for these two items.

🇵🇹 Portugal

Portugal has specific rates depending on the destination:

• Mainland Portugal: shipping for €4.99, free from €150, with estimated delivery in 2–5 business days.
• Madeira and the Azores: shipping for €29.99, with estimated delivery in 4–7 business days.

The free shipping conditions for mainland Portugal do not apply to Madeira and the Azores.

🇪🇺 European Union

The European rate only applies to the countries and regions included in this shipping zone.

Portugal and certain Italian islands have specific rates and are not covered by the general European Union rate.

🔎 Order tracking

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email confirming shipment and, when available, the tracking number or link.

The carrier will show the estimated delivery date in the tracking. Tracking may take a few hours to show the first updates after the label is created.

If you cannot find the email:

1. Check your junk or spam folder.

2. Make sure the email address used for the order is correct.

3. Write to us at hola@starlit-baby.com, including your order number.

🏠 Delivery

Before completing your purchase, please check that:

- The delivery address is complete.

- The postcode is correct.

- The recipient’s name is clearly stated.

- The phone number is up to date.

If nobody is available at the time of delivery, the carrier may make another attempt, contact the recipient or provide instructions for collecting the parcel.

If the order cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because the recipient is repeatedly absent, we will contact you to explain the next steps.

⏳ Delays and incidents

Delivery times are estimates. They may be affected by:

- Weekends or public holidays.

- High-demand periods.

- Carrier incidents.

- Weather conditions.

- Customs procedures.

- Causes beyond StarlitBaby’s control.

If the tracking has not updated for several days or your order exceeds the estimated time, write to us at hola@starlit-baby.com with your order number so we can look into it.
