RETURNS

The customer has 15 days from the receipt of the order to request a return.

Due to the fact that some of our products are sanitary products, pediatric and intended for the use of babies and mother's care, in no case will the return of items, which have been opened and/or used for hygiene reasons, be accepted, as these items DO NOT go on sale again once returned.

The customer assumes the return shipping cost of the product, which must send us by his means to the next address.

To make a return, follow the following steps:

1. Request a return to pedidos@starlitfield.com, informing of the intention to return an item and the reason. Important to specify the order number, name and product you wish to return.
2. Prepare the items and ship them to our premises with the carrier of your choice. We recommend using a method with follow-up.
3. Once we receive the items and check that they meet the requirements (new, no damage for misuse, and unopened packaging) we will proceed to refund within 5 working days from receipt of the return in our warehouses.

Note: The money will be refunded to the same account from which the purchase was made. Unfortunately we do not have the possibility to return the money to another account.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

You can make a claim on products that come with obvious factory defects, by sending an email pedidos@starlitfield.comdurante 3 days after you receive your package, specifying the order number and a photo that proves the defect. In that case, we will arrange to send you a new product at no extra cost.

WARRANTY

Our products have a two-year general warranty.

StarlitBaby®Reserves the right to repair/replace any defective components under warranty. We promise to replace all products with a manufacturing defect or anomaly with a new item. No change will be made to products that show symptoms of misuse, alteration and/or deterioration by the customer.
The warranty of our products will only be applicable to its first owner/user. For this purpose, proof of purchase will be required.

• Deficiencies caused by misuse: improper use or maintenance of the product, mistreatment or negligence, handling or improper alteration of the product without prior authorization from the trademark will not be accepted as a reason for guarantee. The product must always be used strictly following the manufacturer's instructions. Otherwise, the product could be damaged, losing its warranty.
• The warranty does not cover the general wear of the products. Damage caused by external factors will not be taken into account: friction, sharp objects, chemicals, etc. The tears, breaks and cuts (especially caused by the washing machine) will not be covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
• The “non-effectiveness” of the product in the case of Bear Pillow will not be accepted as a warranty reason. The StarlitBaby Bear Pillow®Is a complement to the treatment of cranial deformities, and its degree of effectiveness is subject to different factors (the actual genetic factors, the age of the baby, severity of the ailment, cranial morphology or time and form of use) and in some cases may require complementary and/or alternative measures.
