FREQUENT QUESTIONS & ANSWERS (FAQ)
Can I wash the PIKABÜ Nest?
Only Pikabu products purchased from April 2025 onward (new batch) are washable. If you purchased it before that date, it is not suitable for washing.
We recommend a delicate cycle at a maximum of 30°C to best preserve the fluffy fiber filling. Do not spin at more than 600 RPM or tumble-dry, to help maintain the filling properly. Do not use bleach.
